Bought a license through their Stripe option and NOTHING happened. Wrote to the customer service email listed and it bounced back as "user not found". Tried to contact Stripe about the transaction and they say there is no record of it. Complete bull.
The software does not work on Windows 11. The software also elicits a malware warning. The claims made are purposefully deceptive and not true. Paypal refused a refund.
The software does not run on Windows 11 and results in a malware flag. The software cannot handle large files. The debug reporting option in the software does not work. If the software does not run, the support from the developer is zero.
This program increases the size of your files by 80% which is larger than if you ripped your cd to a wav format. Bought the program to do batch normalization for a number of Various Artist CD's and every file increased in size by 80%.
